  • Minimum order length for cut fabric 1 metre.
  • Cut lengths of fabric may not be returned.

Processing and Shipping

We process and ship all internet and phone orders within 48 hours. Our fabrics are delivered and handled by Castle Parcels they have a robust tracking system should any orders go missing in transit or remain undelivered within time frames quoted. You will receive your order within 2-4 working days anywhere in New Zealand. Allow an extra day for rural delivery.

Overseas orders — we are happy to accept overseas orders. Please contact us for prices of postage because all parcells vary depending on the weight and country of destination.

Deliveries normally take place 9-5pm Monday to Friday. Please consider the security of your delivery address. If no-one is home when the courier calls a card will be left giving you details where you can pick up the package or arrange another delivery time.

Freight and Packaging Costs

  • Local — Christchurch metro area — $6.00 per 40 metres or less
  • Canterbury region — Ashburton to Rangoria — $7.00 per 30 metres or less
  • Nationwide — $8.00 per 10 metres or less
  • Nil charge for pick-up

Product Guarantee

We take pride in sourcing high quality fabrics from our suppliers. All our fabrics are inspected before they are sent and should reach you in perfect condition.

Refund or Replacement Policy

Cut lengths of fabric may not be returned unless faulty. If you do find a fault in the fabric please contact us immediately. If there has been any damage during postage we can replace the fabric for you or the total amount will be refunded, providing goods are returned within 14 days of receipt. Cost of return freight shall be the responsibility of the customer.

We collect details such as your first and last names, your delivery address, telephone number, and email address when you purchase our products. This information is used so we can contact you, let you know when your product has been despatched, and keep you informed of new fabric arrivals. This information is never sold, traded, or shared with any third party. We will immediately remove you from our database if requested.
