Do you have curtain makers and upholsters?
We work with experienced curtain makers and upholsters. They can come out to your home for a complimentary measure and quote. Fabric House can also help you calculate the amount of fabric you will need for your project. Please contact us for further information.
Can I get my curtains / blinds installed?
Once your curtains have been made and delivered we can arrange installation. There is an additional cost to this service. Please contact us for further information.
Can I get more of the same fabric at any time?
For our European Classics range we endeavour to carry the same fabric for as long as demand dictates but our Contemporary Designer range will change on a regular basis . We recommend you make your order sufficient for your full requirements.
Do you supply curtain linings?
We have polycotton, sunteen, thermal and blackout linings at very competitive prices.We can also help to recommend the most suitable lining for your curtains and home.
Can I receive a fabric sample?
Yes. We are happy to provide a small cutting to assist you in matching your colours. In addition you are also welcome to take home a 3 metre display length of your chosen fabric on appro for 2-3 days. It is important to be certain of your decision and see the fabric hanging and/or draped in your home prior to purchasing.
When will I receive my fabric?
Should you choose to purchase fabric from us, living elsewhere in New Zealand, we will package and courier your parcel to you at your expense. We utilise Castle Parcels who offer very reasonable and competitve prices. We endeavour to have your fabric to you within 3-5 working days.
Can you deliver overseas?
Yes, we are happy to accept overseas orders. Please contact us for further information to ensure prompt delivery.
