We are fortunate at Fabric House to have an experienced, dedicated staff who are on hand to help you with any advice you may need on selecting the right fabric for your home or project.
Maria Hawkesby is a wealth of knowledge and experience after 30 years in the 'fabric world' as an Interior Stylist. Maria is an artist in her own right with a terrific eye for colour and design. Her in-store displays are fabulous and keeps Fabric House looking stylish with her unique design skill set and amazing creative flair. Maria also runs the successful 'Style On a Budget' evening classes that have proved very popular with our customers.
Niki has been with Fabric House from the beginning. Niki has previous experience running an Art Gallery for 15 yrs before relocating back to New Zealand and joining Fabric House.
Lynley is a qualified interior designer and is very helpful with customers with her relaxed and friendly approach.
Janet, our newest staff member, is also very experienced in the fabric industry. She is more than happy to help with your measuring and fabric choices if you are unsure where to begin.
Their creative flair and ideas are a true asset to Fabric House.
Sally, our owner and Executive Director, is based in England. Sally is the principle buyer who sources all our beautiful fabrics throughout Europe and the UK. Her terrific eye ensures Fabric House is well stocked with a stunning range of designer and classic furnishing fabrics.
